CODE OF CONDUCT
Booth Lake Memorial Park wants to insure it's community experiences a fun, relaxing and safe place during every visit. Whether your participating in any of the wonderful events, a day at the beach or guest at one of our Pavilion's; we ask that our Code of Conduct is respected at all times.

By using this park, you are required to follow the Code of Conduct at all times.
Unfortunately, failure to adhere to this Code will be cause for immediate ejection from the park for a period of time determined by the Park Caretakers in conjunction with the Town of East Troy.

Use of the Park

All park guests must familiarize themselves with the Park's Code of Conduct before arrival. By use of the park, you agree to all the rules and guidelines set forth and those necessary to keep the park safe for all guests.

Use of the park is limited to its activities, events, and authorized public use. Prior written permission must be granted for any distribution of literature, or solicitations.

A parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 10.

Swim in designated swim areas only.

Be Respectful

For the enjoyment and safety of all, park guests must follow the instructions and directions of all park employees at all times.

Park guests shall not interfere with the use of the park by others or interfere with park employees' performance of their duties

Disruptive behavior that disturbs the peace is not allowed which includes but is not limited to fighting, bullying, harassment, offending or provoking confrontations, use of vulgar language, lewd acts, name-calling, loud music, etc. Please be mindful that this is a family friendly environment.

We love pets - but please leave them at home while visiting the park. Pets are not allowed. You may see the park Caretakers dog Lola (the park's unofficial mascot and Canine Ambassador). She has been granted special approval from the governing body to resides at the park's residence and be present on the park property.

Act Responsibly​

Those under the influence or suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol are prohibited at all times.

As this is a family destination, appropriate beach attire and swim suites are encouraged. Clothing with obscene or offensive in nature in not permitted.

Smoking, vaping, or other similar activity is permitted in designated areas only.

Defacing, damaging, or destroying park property or equipment will result in restitution and criminal prosecution. Property damage is punishable under Wisconsin Statute Chapter 943.

Do not block any park entrances or to the parking lot or beach.

Adhere to all posted no parking signage.

Park bikes in designated bike racks.

Do your part in recycling and keeping the park clean. Throw trash and recycle material in provided receptacles.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Observe all local, state, and federal laws.

No running or diving off piers

No throwing rocks or sand

Inflatable Rules
-
Life jacket is required for all under the age of 10 .
-
No Diving or pushing.
-
One way travel only.
-
Climbing onto the inflatables from the middle is prohibited.
-
Feet first down slides.
-
Jump off toward shore side only.
-
Maximum of 10 people on inflatable at a time.
-
Adhere to Lifeguard instruction and direction at all times.

Parking Lot
-
Parking shall be used for vehicle parking only while enjoying the park.
-
Any unauthorized overnight vehicles will be towed at the Owner's expense.
-
No parking is permitted on either side of Townline Road adjacent to the Beach or Park. Violators will be ticked and towed.
