SLIP RENTAL

Boat slips rentals are for the exclusive use of East Troy, Town of Troy and Village of Troy residents and business owners only. Booth Lake Memorial Park uses a lottery system for both the Boat Slip and Pavilions. The lottery draw for 2025, 2026 and 2027 season was held in 2024. The next lottery draw for the 2028, 2029, 2030 seasons will be in 2027.

The Town of Troy - Town Hall
8870 Briggs Street, East Troy

Tri-Troy residents wishing to reserve a boat slip must complete a lottery card and be present at the drawing or send a representative to The Town of Troy – Town Hall. Residents requesting dates must be present at the lottery or send a representative to the Park Board  Meeting. Only one representative per event, per slip, is permitted. The drawing will start promptly 30 minutes after the doors open. The Deposit fee is due and shall be collected, as written in the lottery instructions, when your lottery card is drawn.

 

PIER SLIP RENTAL

2024                                      $500 per year

2025                                      $600 per year

Slip Rental includes five Season Park Pass

Applicable Fees:
• Additional fee of $25 per occurrence for unkept boats that require water to be bailed out.
• Additional fee of $25 per day for all boats not removed from the water on or before October 1.


Required Resident Documentation:
• Proof of residency or property ownership by showing a valid photo ID and one of the following:
o Current Tax Bill
o Vehicle Registration
o Utility Bill


Required Boat Documentation

  • Copy of current boat owners’ insurance OR rider attached to homeowners’ policy

  • Copy of current boat registration (if applicable)


Terms and Conditions:

  • Boat Owners are responsible for their guests actions at all times.Boat Owners

  • Boat Owners are required to ensure their guests have reviewed and agreed to the Booth Lake Memorial Park – Code of Conduct.

  • Boat Owners are required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement.

  • Routine boat maintenance is required while in the slip.

  • Boats to be removed October 1st of each year. The Park Supervisor reserves the right to remove any boat not out of the water by that time.
