​Who is eligible?

Applicants wishing to reserve a date must be residents that are required to show proof of residency or property owners in one of the three municipalities (Village of East Troy, Town of East Troy or Town of Troy) governing the park. Businesses or Organizations (for events such as company picnics, church picnics, etc) must be located in one of the 3 municipalities. Because the park is a memorial dedicated to the Tri-Troy area Fire Departments and Veteran Organizations and we would like to thank them for their service, they receive priority benefits.

 

When are the Pavilions available?

The Pavilions are available May 1st through October 31st from 9AM-9PM. Other dates may be requested and are subject to approval of the board and supervisor, these dates are not included in the lottery.

 

How are the Pavilions reserved?

Booth Lake Memorial Park uses a lottery system for the Pavilions. The lottery is drawn the 3rd Wednesday of February.

When is the Next Lottery:

Lottery will be held on February 18, 2026 at 6:30 PM. All three pavilions will be included in the lottery. Pavilion rentals can be made for any dates between May 1st and October 31st . After the lottery pavilion rentals can be made on a first come, first served basis.

• Residents/Businesses in the Town of Troy, Town of East Troy and Village of East Troy are eligible to reserve any of the 3 pavilions.

• Applicants wishing to reserve a pavilion must be present at the drawing or send a representative to the lottery. Only one representative per event, per pavilion is permitted.

• The drawing will start promptly at 6:30 pm doors open at 6:00 pm.

• The Deposit Fee will be collected, as written in the lottery instructions, when your lottery card is drawn.

• Property owners are responsible for their guests’ actions at all times.

• All Park rules shall apply.

• Pavilion hours are 9am to 9pm.
