SEASON PASS APPLICATION

Season Pass Wristbands are for residents and business owners of the Village of East Troy, Town of East Troy and Town of Troy. Residence or property owner must provide a valid photo ID and one of the following:

Current Tax bill
Vehicle Registration
Utility Bill

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cost of the Season Pass is $25 per person (adult or child).
Replacement of lost, stolen, misplaced etc. wristbands are $10 each (adult or child)
Limit one replacement per Season.
Wristbands must be worn in the park at all times.
Wristbands are non-transferable and are for the exclusive use of those individuals named in this application.
Use of wristbands by unauthorized individuals will result in revocation of Season Pass privileges without refund.
Failure to obey any Booth Lake Memorial Park policies, any direction and or instruction from park staff. A summary of these policies are available upon request.
Applicant and family members must review accept and follow the park Code of Conduct at all time. Violation may result in corrective measures up to and including ejection and or expulsion from the park.
